Boston Market is in search of Work From Home Inside Sales Representative.
Inside Sales Rep Do you like to work from your home? Are you able to sell over the phone? Do you love Boston Market's food? If you do, this position may be a great fit for you! We are currently looking for people that can build catering sales for Boston Market through telesales. This position will be responsible all business-to-business sales for 20-30 restaurants. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Increase sales in all restaurants in assigned territory by 20% or 2 orders per restaurant per week

Establish strategy and objectives with Operations Management for the market’s Catering Sales Plan

Develop and grow HOT leads provided by CRM

Improve local store catering sales and build loyalty to Boston Market by building relationships throughout the community and gathering lists of major contacts for the entire market

Achieve an established target for B2B rewards enrollment

Explore all major events and activities throughout the market to identify sales opportunities

Build catering sales through working the restaurants’ trading areas and initiating contact with potential catering customers

Mentor operations with activities in community and general store level catering and marketing

Plan menus, orders, and deliveries with customers and use the opportunity to utilize suggestive selling techniques and reinforce Boston Market’s quality products and services

Create and maintain customer database by building strong relationships with existing customers and penetrating accounts

Utilize reports to track customers, sales, average sales per order, etc. and analyze sales trends to maximize sales results
-
Keep management abreast of your progress through daily activity logs, phone calls, attending weekly conference calls and scheduling events in CRM calendar

Support inbound calling customers when necessary

Maintain on-going contact with catering customers through thank you letters, follow-up calls, seeking feedback on catering orders and requesting referrals

Complete all “New” customer calls and log by close of business on Fridays each week

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management
Job Qualifications

Ability to interpret the business goals of the division and apply sales techniques to expedite the achievement of those goals

Ability to utilize good business ethics to exemplify the goals and values of Boston Market Corporation

Solid business judgment and strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers of all levels and skill sets

Detail oriented, logical, analytical and methodological in approach to problem solving

Self-starter with proven sales track record

Computer skills including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet

Proficient with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software

2-3 years of over the phone cold calling experience preferred
